Keto Plastics accepts returns of non-faulty products, however you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Before returning any item, please contact us by phone, email or through the platform where the item was originally purchased.
Please inspect all goods upon delivery to ensure no damage has occurred during transit.
Any visible issues should be reported immediately to the delivery driver and signed for accordingly.
You must also notify Keto Plastics in writing within two working days, including photographs of both the damage and packaging.
If a product develops a fault or defect, Keto Plastics will normally offer a prompt repair or replacement if notified within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the item must:
• Be confirmed as faulty
• Be returned in otherwise “as new” condition
• Include all accessories and promotional items
