1. Delivery / Shipping Prices
Delivery is FREE of charge for all orders in the UK*.
*Mainland UK postcodes only.
We offer a nationwide UK delivery service via third party couriers and freight. Most UK postcodes are free delivery which includes the postage and packaging.
Some larger, heavy or bulkier items such as a complete waterbutt and a shipping drum may have surcharges depending on the weight, although we do our best to keep these as low as possible.
Free delivery is a standard 48-hour courier service, but actual delivery is approximately 2–4 days.
2. Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 days, excluding Friday, Saturday and Sunday where the order will be dispatched on Monday, (Excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders with next day delivery are dispatched the same day if placed before 2pm and the following day after 2pm. Please allow for weekends and bank holidays.
Larger orders and bulkier items may take longer to deliver. This is a courier constraint.
3. Next Day Delivery
Need it in a hurry? We offer a next day delivery service for just £4.95. (Some postcode areas are not elidgible for next day delivery).
Next day delivery orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday otherwise the order will be delivered a day later.
4. Locations
Shipping prices are offered at domestic rates for mainland UK and central Scotland postcodes.
Some postcodes may carry additional charges depending on weight or size. (Usually applies to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and some remote areas).
Shipping prices include residential delivery charges for larger items incurred from our freight couriers.
Shipping prices include packaging and handling costs.
For Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, surcharges apply to most products. Please enquire for a shipping quote.
5. General Information
Delivery time can vary according to the size and type of products in your order or quantity.
When your order is ready we will send you a dispatch email with tracking information so you can check the status of your delivery. Items sent with Royal Mail only track after an attempted delivery.
Before booking any trade and/or fitters that rely on any item purchased, please check that your delivery will be made on time. We cannot specify a delivery day or time, please check your tracking regularly.
Lead delivery times quoted are approximate, as we are constrained by our delivery partners.
Please note that your delivery by the courier can be delivered up to 10pm.
6. Delivery Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change this delivery policy at any time except as indicated in our terms and conditions.
Lead times can vary. For a guaranteed delivery date you must book this in with us when making your order, which may levy an additional charge.
